At Oasis Stay, we pride ourselves on having no hidden fees and providing a fully transparent service right from the beginning. After our initial one-off fee to cover listings and preparing your home, which will depend on the level of readiness your home is currently in, we simply take a fee of 18% plus GST.
To start your journey, simply make an inquiry through our website and one of our Sydney Airbnb managers will be in contact either that day or the following business day. From there, we will organise an inspection of your property which will help us get it ready for short-term rentals. Then, we can begin getting your listing prepared, including photography and furniture packages where needed. Your property is usually then listed within the next 3-5 business days.
No, GST doesn’t apply when discussing residential rent. That said, there are other taxes and charges that may apply, such as Capital Gains Tax (CGT). Therefore, it’s important that you keep records such as income statements from your platform and receipts for deduction claims.
